The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Tomorrow Health Hospital is located on the third floor of the main hospital building, adjacent to the operating rooms. This unit has 11 beds, with one bed dedicated to isolation patients.
Each ICU unit is equipped with the following:
- Central oxygen, suction, and compressed air systems
- Central monitoring system with full cardio-respiratory monitoring
- Specialized ICU beds with a three-section design and air mattresses
- Advanced ventilators
- Infusion pumps
The ICU is staffed 24/7 by specialized anesthesiologists and critical care physicians. The nursing staff is highly experienced and trained in intensive care.
The hospital adheres to the latest infection control and safety protocols and guidelines in the ICU to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
The Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Tomorrow Health Hospital is located in the southeast corner of the second-floor lobby. This unit has been designed according to the latest physical and equipment standards. It consists of one isolation room and six patient care units.
Each patient care unit is equipped with:
- Wall-mounted console with cardio-respiratory monitor, electrically-adjustable beds, suction, and central oxygen
- Monitoring capabilities for HR, BP, RR, and O2 saturation up to 72 hours
- Bedside table and mobile stand for patient convenience
Other CCU equipment includes
- Infusion pumps
- ECG machine
- Portable suction unit
- Pacemaker generator
- Portable pulse oximeter
- Digital thermometer
- Blood glucose monitor
- Code cart and defibrillator
- Nurse call system
- Fire extinguisher
The central nursing station has a central monitor to continuously track patients’ hemodynamic parameters, which triggers alarms for any changes. A printer connected to the central monitor is available for vital sign documentation.
A video intercom system is installed at the nursing station to facilitate communication between staff and patient visitors.
The CCU operates 24 hours a day to provide continuous patient care.
