Patient admission at Salamat Farda:
- Visiting the Admission Office & International patient's expert with a practitioner's admission order and the patient's passport Having Patient's passport
- Patient or accompaniment visiting to the Cashier’s Office for financial approval and paying half of fees
- Complete the patient admission process and receive the patient's bracelet from the admission unit
- Refer the patient to the relevant ward with the international patient expert or the welcome nurse
Essential information for admission:
- The 24 – hour reception is ready to provide services (lobby/ground floor) and always welcome to help you.
- The attendance of a legal guardian with a passport for children's admission.
- In case of emergency, if a valid patient ID card is not delivered at the time of admission, it is necessary to do so within maximum 12 hours after admission.
- All esteemed accompaniments are required to comply with the hospital's regulations and have an accompaniment identification card.
- Any payment outside the hospital Cashier’s Office is strictly forbidden.
- The entrance of people who is under 12 years old is forbidden on visiting time
- Each patient can have one companion after paying
