Patient Affairs Office

The Patient Affairs Office is located on the first floor, and visitors can come in person to file complaints or submit their complaints in writing.

Visitors can also drop their written complaint in the dedicated complaint and suggestion box located in the hospital lobby and on all floor lounges so that the relevant committee can review and address the issues.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, the case file is referred to the relevant deputy offices, and the results of the review in the complaints committee are examined, and corrective actions are taken. Sometimes, special medical commissions are also convened to investigate the complaints.
