Guide for Patient Companions

The presence of a companion at the patient’s bedside is subject to the permission of the attending physician, the department, and the receipt of a companion card.

Obtain the companion card every 24 hours from the reception.

The companion card, regardless of the time it was issued, is valid until 7 AM the next day. If you wish to discontinue being a companion before noon, please go to the reception.

In order to maintain order and calm in the department and respect the condition of other patients (except for patients in special departments), only one companion per patient is permitted.

At the time of the patient’s discharge, based on the time announced by the department secretary, be present in the hospital to avoid unnecessary delay and crowding.

In order to maintain order and the well-being of patients, you are obligated to comply with all hospital rules and regulations during the patient’s hospitalization.
