Discharge guide
- Patient's discharge is working from 7:30 am to 6 pm on week days and from 7:30 am to 3 pm on Fridays and holidays
- Discharge will be permitted by physician's confirm, and the files will be completed by wards' secretary and delivered to discharge department
- Transferring file to discharge unit by secretary
- Refer to Cashier’s Office in order to payment by accompaniments
- Give exit permission sheet to ward and guard for discharge of patient.
Working hours of the clearance unit
Normal days: from 7:30 am to 6 pm
Closed days: from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m
